Where and when is Extraordinary Travel Festival?
It is at the Ambassador Bangkok Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand from November 15-17, 2024.  But remember there will be optional events before and after the actual conference, subject to additional registration and ticketing.  Please check back often on our website for updates.

Where should I stay?
You may stay at the host hotel, the Ambassador Bangkok Hotel.  Or you may check out Accommodations Page for a list of other suggested options or stay wherever you wish.

What do I get with my ticket?
Each ticket includes coffee & tea, lunches, world-class networking, access to sponsors and brands, all keynotes and sessions, gala dinner, gala party and we believe, an awesome time!

Will there be pre- and post-events?
Yes, we will be offering tours and events before and after our festival. This will include multi-day trips, day tours, and other events to be announced later. These events are optional and there is an additional cost for these events.

What is the dress code?
There is no specific dress code.  We want you to be comfortable for long and fun days.

Will you sell tickets at the door?
No.

Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
Tickets are not refundable but are transferable up to 30 days before the event takes place. So, if you find someone to take your ticket, we will change the registration! Click here to re-register your ticket.

Can I be a volunteer?
We are not accepting volunteers.

Are you taking applications for speakers?
We are not accepting speaker applications.

Will the conference be live streamed?
No, please join us in person to be part of this great event.

How long will the sessions be?
Check the schedule details at a later point to learn of specific schedule details.

What is your policy on photography, recording, and streaming?
Attendees may not record or broadcast audio/video of ETF sessions. Attendees may take handwritten notes of the presentations. All intellectual property rights belong to the ETF. The EFT content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the ETF are owned and/or licensed by Extraordinary Travel Festival, LLC, sponsors and/or Speakers. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any audio, visual, or written content, any presentation, and/or any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the event, in any content or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the event for any reason without the prior written permission of Extraordinary Travel Festival, LLC, and the Speakers.

Will I be photographed or videoed at the ETF?
Yes, and by attending this event you are agreeing to be photographed or videoed.  These images may be used on this website, social media, media, as well as other platforms.

What happens if an in-person event is postponed because of COVID-19 or for another reason?
If a scheduled in-person Extraordinary Travel Festival event date is postponed due to existing government-mandated travel restrictions or similar related to SARS-CoV-2, also known as “COVID-19″, pre-registered event attendees will be given the choice of attending the re-scheduled event with a later date or receiving a voucher or coupon so that they can attend a similar event in the future.

What happens if an in-person event is cancelled because of COVID-19 or for another reason?
If a scheduled in-person Extraordinary Travel Festival event is completely cancelled rather than rescheduled, Extraordinary Travel Festival will provide all pre-registered event attendees a full refund of the price they paid for the event ticket, back to the original form of payment.

What is your policy on having affiliates on the ETF website?
Some of the sponsors and partners will be affiliates or sharing revenue.
